Terms of Service for MaceSMP Minecraft Server Ranks

1. Introduction Welcome to the MaceSMP Minecraft Server Ranks (the “Ranks”). By purchasing, accessing, or using Ranks on the Server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase or use Ranks.

2. Eligibility To access and use Ranks, you must comply with all applicable laws and possess the legal right to enter into these Terms. Minors must have parental or guardian consent to purchase or use Ranks.

3. Account Responsibility You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities conducted through your account, including the use of Ranks. Notify the Server administrators immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Rank Features and Availability The features and benefits of each Rank are subject to change at the discretion of the Server administrators. Continued use of a Rank following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated features.

5. Payments and Refunds All payments for Ranks are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Server administrators. Ensure you review the Rank’s description and benefits before making a purchase. If you get banned refunds are not possible so ensure you have read the /rules.

6. Intellectual Property All content, branding, and assets related to the Ranks are the property of the Server’s administrators or their licensors. You may not use, distribute, or reproduce these materials without explicit permission.

7. Player-Generated Content By utilizing Ranks and contributing content to the Server (e.g., builds, chat messages, or other in-game activities), you grant the Server administrators a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content for the Server’s purposes.

8. Charge-Backs A chargeback will result in an permanent ban.

9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Server administrators and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from your use of the Ranks.

10. Termination The Server administrators reserve the right to terminate or modify your Rank benefits or access for any reason, without prior notice.

12. Updates to Terms The Server administrators may update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

- Punishment Evasion

- Lying to Staff Members

- No Doxxing, Swatting or DDossing

- Report ALL Bugs, Glitches and Cheaters

- No Kill or Heart Farming

- No Harrassing and Abusing others

- No Sharing others Information

- No Advertising or Promotion

- No Racism, Discrimination or Hate Speech

- No Death Threats and Suicide Encouragement
